Ganbare Goemon Gaiden - Kieta Ougon Kiseru

A small Japanese boy in a red shirt and another boy in white pyjamas are walking through a Japanese village. Top view. The gameplay is reminiscent of Zelda. You must walk to communicate with other characters, collect and exchange items. The graphics are frankly weak. And you can only guess at the plot from the characters' gestures and facial expressions, as all the text is in Japanese.
