Magic Madness

Magic Madness (or Magician) is a port of the 2000 Commodore 64 video game for the NES by Colosoftwares, 1985. Jean-François de Wergifosse is probably the developer of both the C64 and NES versions.

Little Merlin, the magical land needs you to fight the evil Kholoo. To do this, you will need 4 magic books, which are found at the end of the 4 levels of the magical land. Use your magical abilities to fight the evil creatures that will get in your way. The “B” button allows you to change spells and the “A” button allows you to use the selected spell.

There is a hack that restores the screen with explanatory text at the beginning of the game, as well as copyright Colosoftwares. The original text was in French. There is also a version translated into English.
