Test Drive II - The Duel

Quality racing. You race your high speed car (choice of 3) on the roads, scaring other drivers and annoying the police. Different levels of difficulty determine how difficult the roads will be for you. Each stage is divided into a series of sections, which you must complete as quickly as possible, and certainly faster than your opponent. Good game with good graphics.
