A beat'em up featuring Batman based on the movie. It's very well done. Batman must foil the plans of the insidious villain Penguin, and he must also rein in Catwoman, who is also trying to get in on the action. Batman tests his fighting skills on Penguin's numerous henchmen (mostly circus performers) and eliminates the bosses.
