Kuusou Kagaku Sekai Gulliver Boy

You play as Gulliver, a kid with bushy hair and a hadouken-like main attack. Over time, you'll get elegant meander attacks that look like magic. Also, you'll have an Edison kid who has a certain amount of uses because he can only carry one or 2 bombs (at first). The game is short. The backstory is as follows. Spain is trying to take over all of Europe. Judo, a Spanish prince, kills Gulliver's father. Gulliver wants revenge. So you set out to hand out smackdowns using Edison bombs, hadouken-like stuff, and the protagonist's giant hair.
