Tick, The

There was this stupid cartoon called Tick Hero. In it, Tik, dressed in some clown blue suit, and his friend Arthur save the world from all sorts of maniacs. The game is the same. Tick runs around in various places (mostly rooftops), and beats up his opponents. From time to time (if you fall off the roof) will have to fight with bosses. Single-player game with not bad graphics.
