фигня какая то, я под линуксом сижу, ради прикола запустил через WINE, даже через него всё работает

проверяй что у тебя в настройках вывода, видимо тоже пробелы в пути
оставь строку uCON64 configuration file directory пустой, чтоб файлы сохранялись в текущей папке

Вобщем заработало. Дело было в том, что строчку output Надо было сменить на что то более короткое и без кириллицы. Всем откликнувшимся- большое спасибо!

во блин, а я уже на батнике сваял 
приложу раз уж сделал, тем более что пробелы и кириллицу жрёт

распаковать папку
ромы положить в папку in
перетащить папку in на convert.bat
дождаться завершения
забрать сконверченные файлы из папки out

P.S. на convert.bat можно перетягивать как ромы так и папку с ромами, проверку на расширение файла не делал
P.P.S. протестировано на WIN7 X64

Кстати, у меня мелькнуло подозрение на счёт кириллицы. Но сбили с толку логи, в которых следов её не видно

Это потому, что я ставил output на рабочий стол. В программе пишется user/desktop , все путём.... Но тем не менее поставил c:/ и все заколосилось.
