The levels of the game are well designed and interesting, the main theme being all sorts of nasty things. There are such levels as "Slime Mountain" and "Stinky Swamps", where the hero has to pass through nasal cavities, slime and other such nasties. At the end of each level, the exit is a toilet bowl where the hero flushes himself into the next level!
