One of the best Super Nintendo emulators. It has a standard windows interface, a lot of settings and features: saves, screens, filters.... To use shaders you need to throw dll files from the archive cg_dlls.zip or cg_dlls_x64.zip (depending on the bitness of the system/emulator) in the folder with the emulator.
