Very good beat-em-up with action gameplay, high quality graphics (even when compared to the arcade), excellent music and sound. It's also the only beat-em-up on 16-bit, where the action takes place in a post-apocalyptic world: raiders, mutants and cyborgs are all around, the characters replenish their health with all sorts of animals, eating mice or pigs. For those who like to roam the wasteland and destroy all sorts of thugs, you must play this game. There are three heroes in the game, who exterminate enemies with various blows, throws and non-standard for the genre weapons. You can also use superstrikes and superpowered attacks (when jumping, you need to press left, down/left, down, down/right, right and the attack button).

A game based on the movie. You are opposed by the Witchfinder, a sinister sorcerer. Your hero is not a bad guy either, and he uses magic just as well. With its help you can beat enemies, replenish energy, and increase strength. The game has several long and difficult stages with numerous enemies and bosses. But the battle with the Witchfinder can be won in one wicket. An interesting game with good graphics and sound.

A shooting gallery, which is a successful example of a combination of western and science fiction. Your heroes eliminate robot enemies in the Wild West. You control the scope, destroying the bandits and trying your best to shield yourself from enemy bullets. Double jump, roll (shot+jump), freeze lasso and super attack help you in this. For shooting you need to press the attack button, and for lasso - quickly press it. The game is hard to call easy. The names of the characters are a reference to actor Clint Eastwood and Annie Oakley, a legendary girl-shooter who lived in the Wild West in the late 19th century and was famous for her amazing marksmanship. And the game itself is clearly inspired by the 1973 movie Westworld.

Famous old 3D action game. Your hero walks through gloomy labyrinths, killing packs of hateful fascists. For this he uses different types of weapons. The game is quite challenging, as the mazes are confusing and are made obviously not to make the player's life easier. Several difficulty levels.

A very good wrestling simulator. You can have a single fight, a 2 on 2 and 3 on 3 fight, as well as a battle royal involving a whole crowd of fighters. Choose from a dozen characters (real ones) and 10 difficulty levels. The fights themselves are done quite well both graphically and gameplay-wise (in the style of WWF Raw, since the game is made by the same company). Fighters use hand and foot strikes, grapples with throws, jumping and rope kicks, and special moves. The game is interesting and fun to play, especially when there are many wrestlers in the fight. The game is for 1-2 players.

Choose your character from the six available (in other versions - eight, here they removed sumoist Yokozuna and "fire" Bam Bam Bigelow) - and into the fight. The fights are very well done. Characters perform a variety of techniques, using ropes, jumps, grabs, holds and other means of fighting. Graphics and sound are also good. Perhaps, this wrestling simulator is one of the best (if not the best) for SNES.

An action movie featuring Mutants X. The game is based on the animated series. You are given a choice of 5 characters, each with their own "mutant" abilities. To apply these abilities should be on numerous enemies, which are not easy to take out right under your fist. Single-player game with quite good graphics and music.

Your ship arrives in a city where new adventures begin. The desert is growing and threatens to swallow villages and towns. Is it connected to the ancient civilization of Kefin? If the 4th part is better played on PC-Engine CD, the fifth part is exclusive for its time just for SNES. The combat has changed: there is now a button for sword strike, a button for block and even a jump. Graphics are excellent. The possibility to change the color of the character's armor at any time is a pleasure. You can combine elements to create magical attacks, but it is not mandatory, rather a nice addition. From monsters fall gems, which can be exchanged for gold. There is an English translation (it was only released in Japan). It's a good project.
