By the way, this is the last game released for the VirtualBoy system. The Japanese version, which was supposed to be called Polygo Block, was never released.

Very high quality pinball game with excellent graphics and good sound effects. Thought-out design of levels (4 tables + fun bonus games), well-calibrated gameplay, as well as a rare successful realization of "three-dimensionality" allow the game to be called one of the best on Virtual Boy.

A very decent golf simulator. Perhaps, "golf addicts" will appreciate this game. A lot of "lawns", full control over hitting the ball, the ability to admire your own records, as well as excellent graphics with 3D effects.

Insmouse no Yakata is a 3D shooter based on a low-budget Japanese movie.
The gameplay boils down to the following: you need to find a way out of the labyrinth of corridors in the allotted time, shooting monsters on the way. For this purpose, the hero is endowed with a pistol and a limited supply of ammunition (which, however, in the necessary amount spread across the levels). In addition, you need to take care of health replenishment, look for keys to get out of the labyrinth and collect white and black balls. In total there are 13 levels to visit. There are four different endings of the game, depending on how well you passed the mazes.
Graphically, the game looks very weak. The rooms are not three-dimensional (the hero's progression is done by turning 90 degrees), the monsters look silly and ridiculous. However, a good concept, atmosphere and, in some places, "fun" sound effects bring the game to a rather high level.
The US version was not released.

A very fun and original game. At the beginning we are offered a choice of three characters, each with unique weapons and abilities. Jack Frost can throw snowballs, Jack Lantern can throw fireballs, and finally Jack Skelton is a knife specialist. Having decided on the main character, we embark on a journey, which is a sequence of floors. To move to the next floor, you need to collect all the keys. Naturally, there are enemies present; this is where you will need all the skills and abilities of the Jack brothers. All this action is accompanied by very pleasant music.
The complexity of the game is extremely low at the beginning, but as you progress it increases significantly.
The main disadvantage is, perhaps, the shortness of the game. Otherwise, everything is on the level.

Mario Clash is a remake of the classic NES game Mario Bros. (not to be confused with Super Mario Bros.). The point is simple: you have to destroy all the walking bugs on the level by throwing turtle shells at them. The action gets more complicated from level to level.
What changed in this game after porting it to Virtual Boy? First of all, the save is gone... Yes, now scoring points (the main goal of the game) is not so interesting. Secondly, the sounds were completely corrupted. Finally, thirdly, the controls have deteriorated.
However, there is a positive moment - the graphics became three-dimensional. But I don't quite understand why it is necessary :)

As a rule, Nintendo's sports games with star-studded characters are pretty good. Well, at least - filled with kindness and fun. This tennis game is of high quality and playable. It's something between classic tennis simulators on eight-bit consoles and "tricked out" Mario Tennis on Nintendo64. The trick is that, thanks to three-dimensionality, the trajectory of the ball's flight is clearly visible; you see it coming and get ready to hit - it's fun, believe me :)
It can be played with a computer.

This bowling game combines well-honed gameplay with beautiful graphics and good humor.
Depending on how successful (or unsuccessful) a shot is, the characters swear angrily or grin gloatingly; it looks very, very funny.
You can play against the computer or against each other (which is also important). The gameplay is quite varied (at least for bowling), so you won't get bored soon.

A variation on the theme of Tetris. The gameplay is quite fun.

3D Shoot'em Up with a great soundtrack and the best special effects for Virtual Boy.

A three-dimensional TRPG based on the SD Gundam setting. The game is based on the SD Gundam setting.

A collection of several versions of the game Space Invaders. You can play both 2D and 3D versions. There is also a Challenge mode with two modes: Time Trial and Score Attack.

A kind of ping-pong in space between two... characters. The goal is to try to beat back the ball sent by the opponent, and so that he himself could not beat it back :) Three-dimensionality adds its own peculiarities to the gameplay. For example, the ball can bounce off the walls.
The game has good graphics, a variety of levels and, most importantly, extremely fun action that does not let go until the end.

A pretty fun boxing game between two robots. The "from the eyes" view turns this game into a kind of simulator, which you can run at the end of a hard day's work and grind your anger on your opponent, who can be an angry boss, and the controller who whitewashed you on the bus, and someone else :)
During the battle, after smashing blows from the characters fly off all sorts of parts.

A classic tetris game with 3 modes. Let's take a look at each one separately :)
A mode:
Here we are offered to choose the speed of falling blocks in the beginning. If you consider yourself a retarded tractor driver, I advise you to start with the first speed. If tetris is life for you, then turn it on full blast!
B mode:
Here, in addition to the speed, you can also customize the number of blocks already present at the start of the game. Everything else is the same as in the first mode.
C mode:
Now this is interesting! The trick of this tetris is that the playing field is much wider than the visible area, so for a full view it is necessary to "scroll" this very field. This is the main attraction of the game.
You can also note good graphics and good 3D effects.

Classic vertical scroller with the possibility of pumping, containing one interesting feature - the ship can fly on different levels (i.e. above and below). This feature allows, for example, to avoid collision with an enemy fighter.
Otherwise, everything is the same as in the good old space flying games.

Three-dimensional bowling. You can play for points, practice or participate in a tournament.

The best game on the Virtual Boy, with beautiful graphics, gorgeous 3D effects, and polished gameplay. It's also the best Wario Land ever released on low-bit systems.
Wario can crawl, catapult to the "background" (yes, you can run there too!), transform into different creatures with all sorts of abilities and much more! The levels are very beautiful and interesting, the enemies are just as varied, and the action itself is so attractive that it doesn't let you go for a minute.
It is because of this game, many people bought a Virtual Boy and for the sake of great fun spoiled their eyes for hours on end! :)

Fishing Simulator. According to the idea, fishermen should like it :)
In the game there are very good underwater 3D effects. It's just a pity that the game is completely in Japanese.

Tetris variation. In the glass fall pieces of worms, from which you need to collect a complete. A password system is present, but there is no menu item to enter them. The last officially released game in Japan.

A baseball simulator with good graphics. If you want to see what Virtual Boy is capable of in terms of animation, then launch Virtual League Baseball. The game features different leagues and a lot of real players.
Unfortunately, the small screen puts a strain on the gameplay. At some points in the game it's not quite clear what's happening on the field....

There was such a movie - "Waterworld". If anyone remembers, this extremely expensive project failed miserably at the box office.
Probably, the developers of the Virtual Boy game of the same name were guided by this fact when they were making this creation.
Completely inexplicable gameplay without any hints on playability, "jumping" sprites of enemies and black sea, from which you don't want to save people - that's what awaits you in the worst game on Virtual Boy....
