This game is also famous for its unique difficulty system, which adapts to the player - the number and difficulty of enemies depend on the player's actions. The game as a whole is difficult, but this is compensated for by a very large number of bonus lives, and at the end of the game the player receives points for each life saved. The principles established in Zanac were later applied to other similar games by Compile.

You - the brave boy Link - must save Princess Zelda from a witch's dream. To do this, you must first find 7 altars in 7 enchanted castles, and then the magic triangle - the Triforce - in the main castle. The altars are heavily guarded by various enemies. A magic system has been added, as in adult RPGs, with attacks and healing. Link can also learn some useful sword tricks. While travelling around the world map, there are often random encounters - random monster attacks. The complexity of the game is not small - there are many dangerous enemies, Link only has a short sword, and magic tends to run out quickly. Mid-level graphics and not bad music.

The main character is a space ninja called Zen, who saves the Earth from pollution. The game's graphics are more than decent, at the highest level. The stages are varied - there's the usual side-on view and 3D isometric views. The tasks are also challenging: each level has a different mission to complete. All in all, the gameplay is varied. Xen even has to drive a carriage. The hero uses a plasma rod as a weapon. Between the main missions there are bonus levels where you can win prizes (faster recovery, armour, lives). Like many of Konami's games, Zen - Intergalactic Ninja is well made.

The game is very similar to Road Fighter. Our motorcyclist, manoeuvring between the madmen (and what else do you call those creatures behind the wheel who think the meaning of life is to crash into your bike), has to get to the petrol station. The road is winding, with puddles, rocks and other obstacles. When our rider reaches the town, a pseudo-3D view opens up and we have to dodge oncoming cars. The game was released on the NES in 85, and although the graphics are not bad (for the time), the sound is sometimes annoying, but the gameplay is simple, you can play it.

A professor is trying to decipher the rest of the cryptography from the first part of the game. He can't figure out how to decipher it for a long time, and then his nephew's girlfriend gets an idea in a dream: "Was it a cat I saw?" Exactly! Read it backwards! The nephew reads it, and it turns out to be a scary spell that transports him to an unknown time and place. Now you start wandering around the area looking for a way home, chatting to interesting people and fighting enemies. The graphics, sound and gameplay have all been improved. The game is still divided into many chapters, in each of which you must solve all the puzzles. In addition, you will meet many real, legendary and fictional characters from our world: Cleopatra, Sherlock Holmes, Leonardo da Vinci, King Arthur.... The game's gameplay is truly addictive and will keep you hooked until the end credits roll.

A decidedly confusing game for fans of Japanese dialogue. This game also features familiar musical motifs and RPG-style design. Some may even find it very enjoyable.

The continuation of the Japanese game in the genre of quest RPG tactics. As in the first part, there are no major changes here, except for a more twisted plot, which we will probably never find out.

Tactical RPG with amazing battles for this console. The game is very long, it can't be finished in a couple of evenings, so be prepared to play it for about three weeks. You won't be disappointed, that's for sure! There is a PVP mode.

A well made game about a knight fighting against zombies. Lots of items to collect, weapons - from swords to spears, strong opponents. Sometimes it seems that you have already reached the boss, but - alas! Even normal monsters are very strong here. But in the end it all pays off with a large reserve of your hero's life. The aim of the game is to find out who is behind all this zombie proliferation. Aliens or wizards?

A meteorite falling in the desert has brought devilish creatures with magnetic rays to Earth. These rays turn the earthlings into zombies. Only the samurai sword Shura can save the world. You control Namkubi, a giant samurai head who has arrived in the USA to restore order. The genre of this game can be described as an advanced side-scrolling shooter.

Your trusty friend is a ship that you can drive at will. The weapons are a little monotonous, but there are plenty of bullets flying at you, fired at you by humanoids. In other words, Galg is well-drawn graphics with middle quality sound. The gameplay isn't all that exciting either.
