You must save the world from the dragon. The game begins in the hero's home village. After buying the necessary items (swords, sticks, shields, armour, potions, etc.), you start your journey. Along the way you will encounter various "dark" creatures, killing them will earn you money and experience points, which will increase the hero's strength. If you decide to play this game to the end, be aware that it will go on indefinitely until you have completed all the mini-quests given to you by various people. If you go to the laundry room, you can save, and if you are killed, you will end up in the laundry room and be told that it was a nightmare..... The music will not distract you from what is happening and will immerse you in the world of mysticism and legends of the Middle Ages.

An offshoot of the Dragon Slayer series, more specifically a storyline addition to the second part of Dragon Slayer II: Xanadu. The gameplay can be compared to Zelda II - The Adventure of Link and the Castlevania series. Don't look now, but at first you might think it's a contrived RPG, but when it turns into an incredibly atmospheric platformer, you'll forget all about it. The art design in this game is top notch - the medievalism is everywhere. One of the most underrated projects on the platform.

The hilarious adventures of the equally hilarious cat Felix, who has to rescue his girlfriend. The Professor has kidnapped Kitty again and is demanding a ransom - a magic pouch. Good sound accompaniment and cheerful graphics will keep you entertained throughout the game. Many picturesque levels - from forests and snowy mountains to underwater depths and outer space. By collecting upgrades you can get different weapons - a magician's suit, a car or a tank in normal levels; a balloon and a plane in air levels; a dolphin and a boat in water levels; a turtle and a bathyscaphe in underwater levels. A very good game.

RPG. The game is in Chinese, so it won't be easy.

Racing. Super, tricky, there are no words to express the admiration at the sight of this game. You can certainly consider it one of the best Formula 1 games. You can change the parameters of the car before the start to adapt it to the local track. You will have the opportunity to drive on the best tracks and gain points at the same time. Excellent graphics and music will keep you focused without any stress. The procedure itself will not let you relax for a minute - one mistake and you will be disqualified.

Another game in the Addams Family series! This time you play as Fester Addams. A quest adventure. Quite a challenging game, view from above. The graphics are so bad and the sound is not very good, but the game attracts attention. Fans of adventures and quests will like this game.

Ancient game. We control a warship called the Genesis. It can fire missiles and attract enemy soldiers or equipment to your side. Our goal is to reach the end of the battlefield and capture the enemy base. The peculiarity of the game is that during battle you can call for reinforcements by pressing A+B at the same time. However, the enemy also has a UFO that can attract your units. There are only 12 levels in the game, after which they start to repeat. All in all, an unpretentious war game of a few tens of kilobytes in size.

Fighting tournament. You play as a blue-clad warrior punching a bald, skinny old man in a blue suit. Punches are quite difficult to land, and it's best to bounce back quickly after a punch to avoid being hit back. The game is quite difficult, but odd. The background graphics are well drawn, but the warriors look as if they have been drawn and coloured with a marker. The animation of the heroes is commendable. Pressing 'back' + 'up' will make you fall backwards. To defeat the leader, you must use a fireball. To do this, first fill the blue bar (it fills when you take damage and is saved between rounds), then perform the "down" manoeuvre, then "up" + "back", and when you land, press B (the hand punch button). There are passwords and an English translation.

A ridiculous parody of Battle City.

Playing as four characters, we must restore the balance of the four elements - earth, air, fire and water - that have been upset by the dark forces. By travelling from town to town, fighting hordes of monsters and completing various quests, the heroes will get closer and closer to unravelling the chaos of the nameless world... There are six classes to choose from - from the Fighter, who specialises in brute strength, to the fragile White Mage (each of which can be upgraded). The famous series began with this game. The game looks tolerable even on 8-bit, and even better on GBA and other systems.

A sequel to the famous Japanese role-playing game. This time, more emphasis has been placed on the story, which tells of the confrontation with the irrepressible ambitions of the evil Empire. Now it is not a series of individual quests, but a simple but holistic dramatic narrative. The main group will be periodically joined by so-called "guest" characters. From now on, the heroes will use each of their abilities separately in battles. Even an archer can become a tough warrior, and with a certain skill each character can become a universal, capable of both magical and physical attacks. The graphics have grown a bit since the first game.

The story tells of four orphans chosen by the Crystals to restore the balance between light and darkness. The game is a revised and polished version of the first part. Almost all parameters have been improved. We are particularly pleased that the heroes' blows no longer go into the void and automatically switch from a dead monster to a still-living one. The main feature of FF3 is the system of "professions". At any point in the game, any of the heroes can change their class - a warrior can become a black mage, and a bard can become a viking. At the start there is only one class available, but after defeating the first boss you will have access to five more. The total number of classes is 22. One of the best JRPGs for the NES.

As the name suggests, this is a racing car simulator. You have to drive racing cars (like Formula 1) on a split screen. There is a two-player mode. The graphics are nice, but not very realistic. It is immediately clear that there were no talented artists among the creators. The music is decent.

"Fire and Ice. Here, a green old bearded man combines the roles of Father Christmas and fireman. Going from level to level, he tries to extinguish the fires with pieces of ice. And he succeeds. The old man also has a magic wand with which he can create new pieces of ice. You can also use it to push and destroy pieces of ice. Quite a fascinating game with interesting levels, a good challenge for fans of logical problems.

The game in the sub-genre of "Snake", only the snake itself is designed in the form of a dragon. The essence of the game is simple - for a limited time to collect the right amount of "goodies" from the field without touching the edges. Two levels of difficulty.

Turn-based strategy. Humans against some goblins. Your army consists of knights, horsemen (on normal horses and on winged ones), archers. All this is led by a Japanese boy. In each mission, your task is to lead this boy to a castle captured by the enemy, which they are guarding quite well, in order to rescue the local king. During your turn, you can (but don't have to) move each of your subordinates once. (You can end your turn at any time by pressing 'Select' and choosing the last item on the menu that appears). The first castle can be taken by brute force (as it usually happens in war games), then you will have to sweat.

Action helicopter. You have to carry out missions with an attack helicopter. If you let your imagination run wild, you can say that the game is similar to the 16-bit Desert Strike. Your helicopter destroys enemies and buildings with machine guns and rockets, rescues fellow soldiers and restores world peace.

A simple game about firemen. You don't have to put out the fire. Our goal is to rescue people (and animals) from the houses using a fire escape. First of all, you have to drive the car on the map through the maze of streets to get to the right building in the allotted time. Then carefully drive up to the window and shoot another poor person. Shooting people from windows is ridiculously easy, but driving through the maze gets more complicated with each level.
