Arcade game based on the story of the animated film. You control either Ren the Chihuahua or Stimpy the cat. Both roam the levels, neutralising enemies by spitting or slapping them, collecting prizes and solving simple puzzles. Sometimes, if you are controlling Stimpy, you will have to guide Ren to the exit using various objects (a spring will throw you over the obstacle, a cake will not let you pass, a sock will stop you for a while). From time to time, you take control of a spaceship and the game becomes a space shooter from left to right. The graphics are strange, and the sounds are cartoonish.

"Attack of the Killer Tomatoes was once a low-budget American horror film. This game is based on it. It's an interesting game. Nice graphics, great music. The object of the game is to avoid killer tomatoes, or jump on them and turn them into mush. The lighting effect in the game is very nice. You get into the shadows if you do not get under the torch beam.

Creation based on the film with A.Schwarzenegger "The Last Action Hero". You're a film superhero fighting criminals. Everything is against you. Snipers peeking out from around corners, bombs flying out of nowhere. Sometimes you hit the enemy, but more often the enemy hits you - it's impossible to predict. But no matter what happens, you are the ultimate hero!

A mix of platformer and puzzle game. An accident happened in a pond: harmless frogs were playing a game, but monsters appeared and kidnapped them. Everyone around was afraid, but one brave frog named Keroppi dared to save his fellow frogs. The levels are made in the style of a classic platformer, and battles with bosses are not hand-to-hand fights, but various contests with pictures to remember and pay attention to. It's not a difficult game, and it's fun.

A pretty good, if challenging, game. You play as a mage and have to clear the levels of all kinds of undead. A special plus is that you can collect various items in the game and use magic, but you should not forget that this wastes magical energy, so it should be replenished. From the start of the game, your hero has a number of magical abilities that must be used to progress. It's up to you to decide which one is more useful in this situation. Decent graphics and music.

A game based on the film Ghostbusters. Very controversial game. Extremely poor graphics, even by NES standards, lack of action, over-complicated gameplay and various minor flaws make the interest in this product doubtful. Most of the time you're not chasing ghosts, you're driving around the city. Also, without the manual, it's hard to understand what to do and how to get to the main boss. An ambiguous gameplay experiment, more like a last generation 'hello' than an NES game.

This game is a mixture of a quest and a fighting game. A wonderful atmosphere of investigation and mystery, where you will have to immerse yourself in the turbulent activities of a detective. When encountering enemies, the game switches to combat mode, giving you the opportunity to relax your brain for a while and show your opponent all the charms of close combat. The hero does good deeds, but no one is safe from ridiculous mistakes. You can save a cat from an angry dog, for example, and then read about your exploits in the newspaper. Or you can do some unforgivable things that will earn you the title of most untalented hero, all in that spirit. Graphically, the game is very good, but the music sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Anyway, this is one of the few quest games on the NES. It is very well done - you can solve many interesting puzzles.

The game is very similar to Road Fighter. Our motorcyclist, manoeuvring between the madmen (and what else do you call those creatures behind the wheel who think the meaning of life is to crash into your bike), has to get to the petrol station. The road is winding, with puddles, rocks and other obstacles. When our rider reaches the town, a pseudo-3D view opens up and we have to dodge oncoming cars. The game was released on the NES in 85, and although the graphics are not bad (for the time), the sound is sometimes annoying, but the gameplay is simple, you can play it.

With its beautiful graphics, great music and interesting ideas, this game should be considered one of the best action RPGs on the NES. According to the plot, we wake up from a cryogenic sleep, we don't remember what happened or who we are, but we have to act immediately. The evil Emperor wants to enslave the whole world, and the Four Wise Men have put the world's salvation in your hands. Your character is armed, of course, and each sword in the game has its own special attack, depending on the orb or bracelet attached to it. The game is full of intriguing puzzles and never gets boring.

A cute game with a dramatic storyline. Penta the penguin has become very fat and his beloved Penko wants to leave him for the slimmer penguin Ginji. Watch the weight bar at the bottom: to complete the level successfully, you need to reach the heart. Bottles will help you lose weight. Beware of pink apples - they make penguins fat. The game has both land and flying levels. On land, Penta's attack and speed depend on his slimness level. In the beginning he can only crush enemies with his belly, then he can kick them, and then he becomes so formidable that he can defeat enemies with his scream. For those who like a challenge, the developers have included a second round.

A colourful game about a toy called Yumetaro. An evil magician from another world has stolen a girl - your mistress - and taken her to his place, and you have to rescue her. Very nice, varied levels and quality music (in the Japanese version of the game). Along the way you will meet some tough enemies - the girl's other toys, enchanted by the wizard. Yumetaro has an interesting way of attacking - he creates a glowing star above his head and throws it at enemies. The star bounces off the floor and walls, and before it stops, you can jump on it and jump higher. To get the real ending, you need to find a treasure on each level. The treasures are well hidden, so you'll have to work hard. A cute and touching game.

A meteorite falling in the desert has brought devilish creatures with magnetic rays to Earth. These rays turn the earthlings into zombies. Only the samurai sword Shura can save the world. You control Namkubi, a giant samurai head who has arrived in the USA to restore order. The genre of this game can be described as an advanced side-scrolling shooter.

A surprisingly typical action game. We play as brave Americans rescuing the US president who has been kidnapped by a gang of ninjas. Modest graphics and simple, not outstanding gameplay.

An action-adventure game. We act as a tough guy like "Rambo Stallonovich", armed with the latest technology: fists and legs. Our task is to carry out a rescue mission (as you can see from the title), and our holy mission will be hindered by all sorts of enemies, of which you will send a huge number to the other world during the course of the game. The view from above looks pretty good, and together with a decent sound, it gives a positive impression of the game.

Rocky and Bullwinkle are characters from old American cartoons. Rocky is a quick-witted flying squirrel and Bullwinkle is a bit of a dumb moose. They oppose the plans of the Great Leader and his henchmen Boris Badunov and Natasha Fatalny (inhabitants of some country called Podsilvania). The game itself is a typical platformer, where you can switch from moose to squirrel using the select button. Graphically, the game lacks stars from the sky.

A simple, fun game starring the Mario brothers. This time, the plumber and his brother are demolishing buildings. With a hammer in their hands, they smash doors, stairs and columns. Each level (there are 100 in all) is divided into floors. As Mario cannot jump, the player has to carefully calculate the order in which to smash objects. For example, if you break the ladder before the time runs out, you will not be able to climb to the desired floor. You will also have to avoid enemies and their attacks throughout the level. Despite its simplicity, you may well find the game addictive.

There is an incredible mix of RPG and arcade on the screen. This kind of thing is not often found. The game is divided into two parts. The first and main part is running around the locations, like in arcades. We only have a punch and a jump at our disposal. There are a lot of enemies and they respawn endlessly. The more you kill, the more your experience bar fills up. Experience can later be exchanged for health and mana. The second part of the game is all that happens between locations: long conversations in Japanese and turn-based battles. These are simple, and victory depends only on the amount of health you have.

Our hero Apollo must rescue the fairy queen from the mechanical castle. Along the way, he will encounter various mechanical enemies. By entering the caves, the hero gets upgrades and all sorts of bonuses. There are a lot of enemies, they land from spaceships every time we leave the cave. The game also gives you the chance to fly a fighter jet and destroy hordes of villains. Good graphics and sound.

Summer sports. The set includes: skateboarding, bike slalom, running, windsurfing.

A classic third-person scrolling shooter. Our glorious fighter must destroy all the enemy planes operating in his territory. The game is famous for its arcade machines. It is also worth getting to know the Sega version of the game, which is much nicer and more dynamic.
